Bauli’s pastry art honors the queen of the holidays: Easter is celebrated with the Colomba Classica, made with the main pasta and left to rise for a long time for an extraordinarily soft dough.
La Colomba Classica is made with fresh eggs, selected flour, quality butter and candied orange, with a sweet cover of almonds and a greedy grain of sugar.
Ingredients:
Common wheat flour type "0", sugar, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), BUTTER, fresh EGGS, sugar grains (7%), natural yeast (WHEAT), ALMONDS (2.7%), emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower seed oil, rice flour, salt, EGG WHITE powder, skimmed milk powder, flavorings. May contain other NUTS and SOY.
